History of John Logie Baird
The inventor of the television his life continues
John Logie Baird was born August, 13 1888 in Helensburgh, Argyll; Scotland.He had a very rough life because he was always ill. He attended LarchField Academy (now part of Lomond School), Helensburg; in Glasgow, Scotland and West of Scotland Royal Technical College (now called Strathclyde University).When he was attending Glasgow University his studies were interrupted because of World War I and he never returned to graduate. During that interruption he worked as a superintendent engineer in the Clyde Valley electrical power company. When the war ended he went to find business. He studied electronics, as some of you all ready know John Logie Baird invented the television, he made this achievement because he knew he could do it and he did not give up. The inventor of the television John Logie Baird went to school he even went to college for all that hard work he did he did the greatest achievement ever he invented the television.
The world is astonishing with this triumph I don’t know how we would survive without this discovery. This achievement is being used all over the world, for examples in places you wouldn't imagine like in restrooms and kitchens. Yes, there have been a lot of improvements since the invention of the television for example, a flat screen, a large screen, plus high definition TV’s and lots more but I can’t name every single improvement since the invention of the television because I would finish the entire page. The world would be dead by now (or at least my world would), some examples of why the world would be dead is when the twin towers fell in New York City nobody would know except the people who were experiencing that tragically event.
It also would be bad because the people from Arlington, Virginia would not know that they would need to evacuate the pentagon and go to a secure place before they hit those main governmental headquarters, or another example, when the 911 incident tragically happened I was in school but I herd in the announcements that my mom was here to take me home I was scared because I did not know what was happening so I told my mom and she said that they were going to attack downtown. I got really scared. But my point is that without the television my mom would not know that they were going to attack downtown and she would not taken me home. Thank fully those bad terrorists did not attack here because then there would have been a problem.
My opinion on this discovery is as you all may all ready know the best achievement ever in the history of achievements. Of course that is only my opinion because some all of my friends think the best scientist is Martin Cooper most of you might all ready know the inventor of the cell phone. They love this achievement because all my friends use a cell phone for texting, me in particularly don’t have limitless texing so I really don’t mind. From January, 26 1926 the world changed completely, because the television was invented.
